General

One app with training, nutrition and rest, and me in your WhatsApp. Two things nobody can copy: a camera that counts your reps at home, and a coach in my tone of voice who answers the way I would. You train at home or in the gym, and every workout has a Light version, so you can always start. You log food with a photo of your plate, a barcode, a voice note or by typing it. The AI does it in seconds. At the end of the week you see patterns, no punishment during. For your head there are short sessions of five, ten or fifteen minutes. What it is not: a quick fix, a coach who shouts, or a plan that punishes you for a missed day. You get 7 days to look around.

Fair. Ten apps tried, three diets done? I get it. Honestly: most apps work for six weeks. Then it goes quiet, and nobody notices. Two things are different here. I am in your WhatsApp and show up when it goes quiet, not 24/7, but at the moment most people drop off. And your camera counts your reps at home, with no wearable and no sensor. Beyond that, this is not an app that punishes you for a missed day: every workout has a Light version, and there is no catch-up plan if you stay away for a week. What you will not find here: stars, success stories and before-and-after photos. What we do claim, we back with published research, with the source attached. You get 7 days to look around, and if it is not for you, you simply stop.

Not for you if you are after a quick fix you will park in six weeks. Not for you if you want a coach who shouts: that is not my way, and the app does not work like that either. And not if you will not make fifteen minutes today, not even for a Light version. Beyond that: if you want guaranteed kilos per week, you are in the wrong place. I do not make that promise, because no serious research supports it. If you have a medical condition, an injury or you are pregnant, talk to your doctor first. The WhatsApp coach is an AI buddy, not a clinician: for a medical or mental crisis it refers you to a real professional. And if you would rather train without the camera you can, but then you miss exactly the part that makes this app different.

Coach & WhatsApp

It is an AI buddy, trained on my voice, my answers and my way of talking. That is stated in the onboarding as well, because I do not want you thinking I am typing it myself. What you do get is genuinely my tone: the same words I would pick, the same plainness, no hollow pep talk. You can ask it anything about your training, your food or why you are stuck, and you get an answer in my style. What it is not: a clinician. For a medical or mental crisis it refers you to a real professional, and that is how it should be. Your conversations are not shared with third parties. Want no messages for a while? There is a pause button in settings, and it stays quiet until you start again.

Not 24/7. There are three moments when you hear from me. On silence: if you have done nothing for two to seven days, you get a message. On something new: your first workout in a theme, so you know what you are starting. And when you ask a question, I answer. That is it. No daily push to save your streak, no guilt if you skip a day. That is deliberate: research into habit formation shows that one missed day breaks nothing, and that the guilt afterwards is what actually makes people quit. If you want no messages at all, flip the pause button in settings and it stays quiet. You can switch it back on later. You set the rhythm, I am there when you come back.

No. Conversations are not shared with third parties and not sold. But honestly about where they live: your messages are stored at our AI provider and at Supabase, our database provider. That is needed to make the coach work and to remember your conversation between two messages. Retention periods apply, and you have the right to have your messages deleted. Exactly how long, and how you request it, is in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account in the app's settings: all data is then gone within 30 days. Separately: the footage from your camera during a workout does not go to the cloud. That recognition runs on your phone itself, so no video of you is sent or stored.

Workouts & Camera

The camera reads 17 points on your body (hips, knees, shoulders) and counts your reps in real time. No wearable, no sensor, no watch subscription. The footage is processed on your phone itself and never goes to the cloud, so no video of you is sent or kept. Setting up works like this: put your phone at hip height, or on the floor against the wall tilted up slightly, and step about two metres back. The app tells you whether you are in frame before you start. You need enough room to stretch your arms and take a step: a corner of your living room is enough. If the light works against you or you blend into the background, the app says so too. And if counting will not cooperate, you can simply do the workout without the camera.

On virtually any recent iPhone or Android phone. The recognition runs on the device itself, so you don't need a constant connection during your workout.

Nutrition & Mindfulness

No. A photo of your plate, a barcode scan, typing it or a voice note: the AI logs it in seconds. You do not have to weigh anything or search a database. At the end of the week you see patterns, no punishment during. So no red numbers when you go over a limit once, and no notification that your day has failed. Macros are there if you want to see them, and gone if you do not: you switch them on or off yourself. There is no forbidden list, because almost nobody sticks with one for long. What you do get: insight into what happens across a week, and recipes that fit your diet and your allergies. If you do want to count to the gram, you can. It just is not required.

Yes. There are diet filters for keto, intermittent fasting, vegan, vegetarian, halal and gluten-free, plus more than fourteen allergy filters. You switch them on once while setting up your profile, and after that the recipes adapt. So you do not get a list of dishes where you have to skip half. You can combine them too: vegetarian and gluten-free, or halal and a nut allergy. What the filters do not do is prescribe a medical diet. If you have coeliac disease, a severe allergy or a condition your doctor or dietitian has written a specific plan for, follow that plan and use the app as a tool, not a replacement. With a severe allergy, always check the label yourself. And logging works with anything: a dish that fits no filter you simply log with a photo.

The voice no, the content yes. I helped write the meditations: the exercises that work for me, in my words. I do not record them myself, because then you would hear my accent and my breathing every session, and that does not help when you are trying to relax. You pick a male or female voice yourself. There are 225 sessions across 3 categories and 5 themes, in lengths of five, ten or fifteen minutes. So you can pick what fits the moment: before bed, after a hard day, or just in between when your head gets too loud. It is not an anonymous meditation app with a thousand sessions you never finish one of. It is a smaller, focused set, built around what got me through rough stretches.

Pricing & Account

You choose between a monthly plan and a yearly plan. With a year you get 2 months free, so per month you pay less. There is no difference in what you get: both plans give access to all workouts, the nutrition part, the mindfulness sessions and the WhatsApp coach. No extra packages, no separate modules to buy on top. First 7 days to look without committing. App Store and Google Play show the exact amount in your own currency before you pay, so you always know what will be charged. Payment runs through your App Store or Google Play account, we never see your card details. You cancel in the same place, in two taps, with no form and no notice period. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Fair enough. Nobody wants another one. Three reasons to look anyway. One: you get 7 days to look around without committing to anything. Two: stopping takes two taps in the App Store or Google Play, with no form, no notice period and no phone call. Three: a yearly plan costs about as much as two personal training sessions, and that buys you a whole year of coaching. What you get back sits in one subscription: all workouts, the nutrition part, the mindfulness sessions and the coach in your WhatsApp. No upsells, no premium tier added later. And if you are not using it after a month, you cancel. I am not going to talk you into it. See for yourself, then decide.

Bring your phone. Pick a workout you feel like, do a meditation or just log your meals. A fifteen-minute Light version fits in almost any hotel room or spare bedroom, and for the camera you only need enough space to take a step. And if you would rather do nothing? That is fine too. No punishment, no catch-up plan, no streak to lose. That is a deliberate choice: research into habit formation shows one missed day breaks nothing, and that the guilt afterwards is what makes people quit. If it stays quiet longer, you get a message from me after two to seven days. If you do not want those on holiday, flip the pause button in settings. Come back when you have the time and space again. Today already counts.

Yearly. With a yearly plan you get 2 months free. Monthly is more flexible, yearly is cheaper.

App Store or Google Play → subscription → cancel. Two taps. No 'wait, come back' form.
